  • Organise member events in collaboration with space partners.
  • Collaborate with space sales and marketing teams to create campaigns and drive growth
  • Track and monitor performance of marketing KPIs (such as lead generation, web traffic, direct sales etc) and adjust plans to ensure effectiveness of marketing strategy.

  • Comfortable working within a small team and working with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
  • You must be driven and passionate about flexible work and driven to create change in the future of work.
  • A growth mindset! You’ll be expected to give and receive feedback within the team regularly and work actively on your personal development.

What’s in it for you?

  • We’re a team that works closely, learns and grows together. Your voice will be essentially both as a functional leader but also more importantly as a team member.
  • A unique opportunity to join an early stage company that is growing quickly and attacking a massive market opportunity with a stake in the game
  • In line with the significant importance of the role and its ability to positively shape the future of FlowSpace, share options are offered with this role.
  • 28 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), pension plan and professional development.

  • The role is based in London and the location expected is a mixture of working from home, working from FlowSpace spaces and team/customer meetings. A typical weekly schedule may look like: Monday: work from home; Tuesday: meeting with the team; Wednesday & Thursday: customer events at workspaces; Friday: work from anywhere.
  • Due to the nature of the role and the start up environment, you will be required to be flexible to the needs of the business, our customers and partners in order to deliver successful performance - you may be called upon to attend meetings at short notice within business hours and your schedule should remain flexible Monday-Friday for in-person meetings.

Interview process:

We will run a 4 stage process and aim to have the roll filled by August.

  • Screening call for both parties (zoom)
  • Interview 1: Coffee and a chat (in-person)
  • Interview 2: more formal interview with founders (in-person, 1 hour)
  • Case study for final candidates
