We are looking for a Demand Generation Lead to take FlowSpace’s marketing work to the next level. We will be welcoming applications from people who have experience within the tech sector and have at least 3-5 years of work experience within B2B. We look for a mid-level candidate who wants to work on all aspects of marketing - who can have a laser focus on full funnel marketing and driving results.

Job Purpose

You will be responsible to lead and deliver the demand generation work within FlowSpace. You will work closely with the founders to drive results and achieve our growth targets. This role calls for a person who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will need to be both creative and analytical skills in equal measure and enjoy working on

The position requires a self-starter who is ready to build and develop a high-performing marketing function at an early-stage, fast-growth company.

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Own the marketing funnel for each of our buyer personas; develop campaigns through the funnel that ultimately generate high quality MQLs.
  2. Collaborate and brief the content team to develop pieces of content that achieve results with our target audience.
  3. Ensure sustained growth in our audience and reach within our ICP target market.
  4. Set the cadence and frequency for our marketing plans - newsletters, campaigns, reports etc.
  5. Drive user acquisition and growth through enhancing performance of tools to drive web traffic, sign ups and bookings
  6. Develop and test campaigns to help us reach new audiences.
  7. Lead ad projects with specialist partners
  8. Collaborate with sales to understand lead quality and ensure MQLs are on time and on target.
  9. Track and monitor performance of marketing KPIs (such as lead generation, web traffic, direct sales etc) and adjust plans to ensure effectiveness of marketing strategy.

Must haves:

  1. Experience working with marketing in a tech business. Ideally 3-5 years. Extensive experience with demand generation at a scale up B2B company
  2. Strong expertise within CRMs and marketing channel management; content creation and lead generation.
  3. You must be complete owner in mindset, comfortable both creating the plan, implementing the tactics and analysing the results and adjusting accordingly
  4. Excellent communication skills towards the internal team and towards external stakeholders.
  5. You must have a “ship fast and iterate” mindset. The opposite of perfectionism.
  6. Comfortable working within a small team and working with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
  7. You must be driven and passionate about flexible work and driven to create change in the future of work.
  8. A growth mindset! You’ll be expected to give and receive feedback within the team regularly and work actively on your personal development.

Working hours and location:

  • The role is based in London and the location expected is a mixture of working from home, working from FlowSpace spaces and team/customer meetings. A typical weekly schedule may look like: Monday: work from home; Tuesday: meeting with the team; Wednesday & Thursday: customer events at workspaces; Friday: work from anywhere.
  • Due to the nature of the role and the start up environment, you will be required to be flexible to the needs of the business, our customers and partners in order to deliver successful performance - you may be called upon to attend meetings at short notice within business hours and your schedule should remain flexible Monday-Friday for in-person meetings.

Interview process:

We will run a 4 stage process and aim to have the roll filled by August.

  • Screening call for both parties (zoom)
  • Interview 1: Coffee and a chat (in-person)
  • Interview 2: more formal interview with founders (in-person, 1 hour)
