👷 What you will be doing?
As our GTM Leader, you’ll shape and own FOBOH’s revenue strategy. This is a foundational role on our leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, with high visibility and impact. You’ll work across sales, marketing, and customer experience to build scalable processes that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and growth.
In this role, you will:
• Define and execute FOBOH’s GTM strategy across new customer segments and verticals
• Build and lead our commercial function, including sales, partnerships, and success
• Develop repeatable sales processes and playbooks for a high-performing GTM team
• Drive top-of-funnel growth through outbound, inbound, and ecosystem partnerships
• Align closely with product and engineering to inform roadmap and go-to-market timing
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics
• Champion the voice of the customer internally and continuously refine our positioning
• Recruit, coach, and lead a team as we scale—starting with sales and customer success
🛠️ What will you need to be successful?
• 5+ years experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally with early-stage or category-creating products
• Proven track record of building and leading GTM teams from scratch
• Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise, ideally in the foodservice, logistics, or supply chain space
• Deep understanding of modern GTM tools, metrics, and motion (PLG, sales-led, or hybrid)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and experimentation
• Ability to operate strategically while getting into the weeds when needed
• Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can pitch vision just as well as value
• Passion for FOBOH’s mission to build a simpler, smarter, and more sustainable wholesale ecosystem
