🔍 Who are you?
You’re a strategic thinker and pragmatic builder. You’re excited by the opportunity to work at the edge of AI, where the roadmap isn’t set in stone and your fingerprints will be all over the product. You care deeply about solving real problems for real users and you know how to get from insight to shipped. You’re comfortable diving into ambiguity, defining scope, collaborating tightly with design and engineering and making smart calls quickly. You have a bias to action, love learning from customers, and thrive in early-stage environments where pace, ownership and curiosity rule.
👷 What you will be doing?
You’ll help us build the world’s most powerful AI agent workforce for the food and beverage industry — and reimagine how wholesale ordering gets done. You will work closely with the CPO and play a critical role in shaping our product from the ground up.
Work closely with our founders, designers, engineers and customers to shape and ship agentic workflows that solve real problems
Translate user insights, business needs, and AI capabilities into clear product direction and priorities
Define and own the roadmap for key parts of our product, balancing short-term impact with long-term vision
Write clear product specs and collaborate with design and engineering to bring ideas to life
Continuously test, learn, and iterate - using data, research and instinct to improve the experience
Help shape how product gets done at FOBOH as an early member of the team
🛠️ What will you need to be successful?
Strong product instincts and a track record of shipping software that solves meaningful problems
Ability to break down complex systems, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and focus the team
Experience working cross-functionally with design and engineering to ship high-quality products
Clear communicator who can rally others around the “why” and the “what”
Deep curiosity and empathy for users - you talk to customers often and turn insights into action
Comfortable working in high-velocity, ambiguous environments (bonus if you love them)
Ideally some experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or early-stage startups
