👷 What you will be doing?

You will be a part of a small and ambitious team, solving meaningful problems and helping FOBOH grow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work closely with our founder learn how to navigate a B2B SaaS sales process from discovery to close.

In this role, you will:

• Help identify and qualify potential foodservice suppliers and distributors who could benefit from FOBOH

• Support outreach efforts via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate leads and book meetings

• Assist with managing the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and updating CRM records

• Learn how to tailor pitches, demos, and solutions based on customer needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prospects have a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding

• Participate in weekly sales stand-ups and strategy sessions, sharing insights and feedback from the field

• A growth mindset and a genuine interest in learning sales in a B2B SaaS environment

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong research and organization skills—able to find and qualify leads effectively

• Demonstrated initiative and autonomy (side projects, previous internships, or extracurricular leadership roles)

• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate with a distributed team

• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the pace and energy of an early-stage startup

• Passion for technology, sustainability, and helping businesses operate more efficiently

• Bonus points! Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
