Fullstack Engineer (junior - mid)

👷 What you will be doing?

You will be a part of a small and ambitious team, solving interesting problems in beautiful ways. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in as an early member of the team to shape and build our product 0 ➡ 1. In this role, you will:

• Work across the entire software stack to build our product from design > development > deployment

• Collaborate directly with founders and work in a small cross functional team to creatively and swiftly, solve the most important problems for our customer

• Architect and implement scalable infrastructure as we grow

• Role model engineering best practices for code deployment, review, and development

• Ensure high-standards for security, privacy, reliability, performance, and code quality

• Work with a stack that includes node.js, typescript, python ReactJS, MongoDB, AWS (open to new tech if it solves problems)

🛠️ What will you need to be successful?

Strong experience with javascript and typescript on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend, familiarity with AWS cloud platform and DevOps.

Have shipped high-quality, cloud native production code (ideally +5 years experience)

Experience building scalable technical architecture, including automated testing, observability tooling, and performant applications.

Experience in early to mid-stage startups or a sense of comfort / adaptability in unstructured, ambiguous environments.

Bonus points! Experience, knowledge or curiosity about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning techniques. Familiarity with popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks.

A deep sense of ownership from feature design through production release.
