Responsibilities:

Lead the entire product journey, from sourcing to customer, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a commitment to corporate social responsibility.

> Product

Sourcing:

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and agreements.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure a consistent and reliable supply chain.

Product Development:

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals.
• Work closely with R&D teams to create innovative and high-quality supplement formulations.
• Analyse customer needs and preferences to guide product development initiatives.

> Operations

Inventory Management:

• Implement effective inventory control systems to optimise stock levels and minimise holding costs.
• Monitor product life cycles and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.

Logistics and Supply Chain:

• Streamline logistics and supply chain processes from factory to warehouse and ultimately to consumer.
• Optimise transportation and warehousing strategies to reduce costs and enhance delivery speed.

Customer Care:

• Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Tech Stack:

• Lead the implementation of technology solutions to streamline backend processes, ensuring seamless operations.
• Evaluate and enhance existing technological infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
• Implement tools and frameworks to enhance workflow and streamline processes, promoting operational efficiency.

Legal & Compliance:

• Ensure company compliance with local and international regulations governing the supplement industry.
• Collaborate with legal teams to manage contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

• Develop and oversee CSR initiatives aligned with the company's values and mission.
• Establish partnerships and collaborations that contribute to positive social and environmental impact.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the supplement or related industry.
• Strong understanding of product development, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
