Job Description:

We are looking for a Design Lead who excels as both a Video Editor and Graphic Designer to enhance our marketing team’s capabilities. This role requires a blend of skills in creating engaging video content and designing compelling graphics that align with our brand’s storytelling needs.

Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Spearhead the creation and editing of video content from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and consistent brand messaging.
• Graphic Design: Develop and produce visually attractive graphics for websites, social media, performance, print media, and other marketing materials.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to devise strategies that effectively convey our visual message.
• Technical Proficiency: Manage all aspects of video production and graphic design, including the use of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Content Adaptation: Tailor video and graphic content for multiple platforms to maximise engagement and reach.
• Creative Process Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative direction of campaigns.
• Resource Management: Organise digital files, video archives, and graphic resources efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, with a robust portfolio that showcases a range of skills.
• Expertise in industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to both give and receive feedback effectively.
• Educational background in Film Studies, Cinematography, Graphic Design, or a related field is beneficial.
