Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including production planning, inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. The role involves monitoring daily operations across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution, resolving operational bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements and standard operating procedures. The Operations Manager will analyze data and operational metrics to forecast demand, optimize resource utilization, and maintain quality and safety standards. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as finance, sales, marketing, and customer support to align operations with business goals and support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in operations management, supply chain, and logistics, preferably within FMCG, food, or consumer goods.
• Proficiency in production planning, inventory control, vendor management, and procurement.
• Ability to use data and operational metrics for forecasting, process optimization, and cost management.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to food manufacturing and handling.
• Effective stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Comfort with digital tools and systems such as Excel, ERPs, inventory or order management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, CSCP) is a plus.
• Previous experience managing on-ground teams and operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and be hands-on with day-to-day operational activities.

1. Must know how to run Easyecom.
2. Have an understanding of E-Invoicing.
3. Must have working knowledge of PO fulfillment of Quick Commerce - Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Amazon Now and Flipkart Minutes.
