As a growth hacker, you will work alongside Jehan, our COO, to help increasing the customer base of our first product: our Chrome extension that enables quick and easy copy A/B testing. Have a look right here.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- PLG (Product Led Growth) Strategies
- Drive awareness and engagement through PLG for our Chrome Extension
- Optimize user acquisition and activation funnels to maximize self-serve signups
- Develop growth loops and viral features that encourage organic sharing and referrals
- User acquisition and outreach
- Execute targeted outreach to potential users through digital channels.
- Build partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and communities that align with our tool.
- Implement strategies for email, social media, and LinkedIn to drive growth.
- Onboarding and Retention
- Design and improve user onboarding flows to boost activation and retention rates.
- Collect user feedback and insights to refine onboarding and feature adoption.

✅ Job requirements
To thrive in our team, you should ideally be:
- Highly interested in growth marketing, with a good understanding of digital channels.
- A data-driven thinker who loves analyzing metrics to drive insights.
- An excellent communicator, able to write and adapt messaging that converts.
- Familiar with growth tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Lemlist, n8n...) and A/B testing methods.
- Eager to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and challenges.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial, willing to take risks to test ideas.
- Fluent in French as we’re currently focused on the French market.
- Previous experience in growth marketing, startups, or SaaS would be a plus.

- We’ll reach out regarding next steps, including an initial interview with one of our co-founders (15 minutes), a brief growth challenge (30 minutes), and a final interview with our COO, Jehan (45 minutes), to discuss your strategic ideas.
One interview will take place in person (Paris 10th).
