The Big Picture
Current localization software—tools used to manage and display translations on websites, web apps, or mobile apps—are largely outdated, with many still using 2005 technology to solve 2024 challenges. We're designing a completely new approach to website translation, addressing every issue that existing software currently overlooks, so you get:

Who are we?
Founded in March 2024 by Aude Flecchia (CEO), Antoine Borrelly (CPTO), and Jehan Oré (COO) and already backed by VCs who believe in our mission, we’re not just another startup. We're a rocket ship that just left the launchpad! ​
We’re a mighty team of 5 people (soon to include YOU ), up to 8, including freelancers. And you’ll work closely with the 3 founders.
Aude graduated from HEC Paris & Yale Business School, is an ex-Bain consultant in NYC , and the queen of fundraising and sales.
Antoine studied at ISEP and UC Berkeley before working at Lydia as a Product Manager. He masters Product as well as Engineering—double hat, double responsibilities.
Jehan is also an engineer, a graduate of Centrale Lyon & Imperial College Business School, a serial entrepreneur (2+ startups before founding Gleef), and he looks like Anthony Bourbon, but shhh, don’t tell him that.
About the job
You’ll work alongside Aude, our CEO, as her right hand. Think "startup special force": high-impact missions, fast-paced environment, and direct exposure to how a tech startup is actually built from scratch.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Projects Execution
Develop a 90-day strategic plan and establish regular check-ins with the team to monitor progress and adjust as needed
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making Enhance team communication by implementing effective processes for collaboration across departments
Monitor and assess performance metrics related to strategic objectives
Fundraising Support
Managing relationships with stakeholders and potential investors
Building and nurturing strategic partnerships
Preparing compelling pitch materials
Business Operations and Development
Support business development efforts through outreach strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn engagement
Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Identify new business opportunities aligned with company goals

Job requirements

Experience in VC or startups is a plus
