We launched our first product—a lightning-fast A/B testing tool that’s already helping 20+ companies perfect their messaging! Now, we’re building on this vision and partnering with leading tech startups to create an even more ambitious product .

The Big Picture

Current localization software—tools used to manage and display translations on websites, web apps, or mobile apps—are largely outdated, with many still using 2005 technology to solve 2024 challenges. We're designing a completely new approach to website translation, addressing every issue that existing software currently overlooks, so you get:

Who are we?

Founded in March 2024 by Aude Flecchia (CEO), Antoine Borrelly (CPTO), and Jehan Oré (COO) and already backed by VCs who believe in our mission, we’re not just another startup. We're a rocket ship that just left the launchpad! ​
We’re a mighty team of 5 people (soon to include YOU ), up to 8, including freelancers. And you’ll work closely with the 3 founders.
Aude graduated from HEC Paris & Yale Business School, is an ex-Bain consultant in NYC , and the queen of fundraising and sales.
Antoine studied at ISEP and UC Berkeley before working at Lydia as a Product Manager. He masters Product as well as Engineering—double hat, double responsibilities.
Jehan is also an engineer, a graduate of Centrale Lyon & Imperial College Business School, a serial entrepreneur (2+ startups before founding Gleef), and he looks like Anthony Bourbon, but shhh, don’t tell him that.

About the job

6 months internship starting between 06/01/2025 and 01/03/2025 As a growth hacker, you will work alongside Jehan, our COO, to help increasing the customer base of our first product: our Chrome extension that enables quick and easy copy A/B testing. Have a look right here.
Your key responsibilities will include:
PLG (Product Led Growth) Strategies
Drive awareness and engagement through PLG for our Chrome Extension
Optimize user acquisition and activation funnels to maximize self-serve signups
Develop growth loops and viral features that encourage organic sharing and referrals
User acquisition and outreach
Execute targeted outreach to potential users through digital channels.
Build partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and communities that align with our tool.
Implement strategies for email, social media, and LinkedIn to drive growth.
Onboarding and Retention
Design and improve user onboarding flows to boost activation and retention rates.
Collect user feedback and insights to refine onboarding and feature adoption.

Stay Curious: Explore new growth tools, tactics, and channels to keep us ahead of the curve.

Job requirements

To thrive in our team, you should ideally be:
Highly interested in growth marketing, with a good understanding of digital channels.
A data-driven thinker who loves analyzing metrics to drive insights.
An excellent communicator, able to write and adapt messaging that converts.
Familiar with growth tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Lemlist, n8n...) and A/B testing methods.
Eager to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and challenges.
Proactive and entrepreneurial, willing to take risks to test ideas.
Fluent in French as we’re currently focused on the French market.
Previous experience in growth marketing, startups, or SaaS would be a plus.

Process

1. Fill out the form. 2. We’ll reach out regarding next steps, including an initial interview with one of our co-founders (15 minutes), a brief growth challenge (30 minutes), and a final interview with our CEO, Aude (45 minutes), to discuss your strategic ideas.
One interview will take place in person (Paris 10th).
