Role Overview
Own growth across commercial + government/defense. Prospect, position, and close opportunities for GliderM, Rāden, and EZRA-1SIX with ports, rail & industrial customers, and federal agencies/prime contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Build & execute go-to-market for dual-use applications; define ICPs & target lists.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → propose → negotiate → close.
Develop tailored capability statements, RFIs/RFPs, pricing, and ROI cases.
Navigate federal procurement; coordinate with primes and program offices.
Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, and activity hygiene; hit quota.
Represent Glīd at trade shows, defense/dual-use events; thought leadership.
Translate customer needs to product/engineering; shape demos and pilots.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years BD/sales in logistics/transport/defense/dual-use tech.
Proven wins with complex, multi-stakeholder deals (commercial + gov).
Strong understanding of federal procurement and teaming.
Excellent exec communication; willing to travel frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
SBIR/STTR familiarity; network across DoD/DHS/DOT/DOE and primes.
Autonomous systems or industrial mobility background.
Work Environment & Travel
Based in TX/CA/MI/DC with heavy domestic travel to customers and events.
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + commission/OTE $130,000 – $150,000
