Role Overview

This is the operational command post for Glīd. You’ll design, implement, and lead systems that power deployments, service, safety, compliance, training, customer engagement, and performance tracking nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Own nationwide deployment playbooks; deliver safe, rapid, repeatable launches.
  

• Stand up service operations: PM schedules, repair cycles, spares, and uptime SLAs.
  

• Build tools and reporting for fleet health, service tickets, and incident tracking.
  

• Define SOPs; embed safety culture; ensure regulatory alignment (DOT/OSHA/rail partners).
  

• Oversee customer onboarding, training curricula, certification, and success metrics.
  

• Partner with EZRA-1SIX on workforce development and pipeline creation.
  

• Hire, mentor, and manage operations/svc teams; vendor and partner management.
  

• Set and track KPIs; drive continuous improvement and cost/quality/safety gains.
  

• Budgeting and resource planning across deployments and service.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years operations leadership (mobility/logistics/manufacturing/tech deployment).
  

• Built and scaled field/service operations and teams.
  

• Compliance & safety fluency; KPI-driven decision making.
  

• Strong cross-functional leadership and customer-facing skills.
  

• High travel comfort for deployment oversight.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous systems, heavy vehicles, or rail-adjacent operations.
  

• Startup or high-growth experience.
  

Work Environment & Travel

HQ near Parsons, KS with frequent nationwide travel for launches and customer sites.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $115,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
  

• Equity; health/dental/vision; PTO & holidays; performance bonus tied to ops metrics.
