Role Overview

Operate at the intersection of technology, community, and field operations. You’ll be on the ground coordinating deployments, building partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives that connect Glīd’s innovations with real-world use cases across Riverside and the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute deployments of GliderM and Rāden across the Riverside region.

  • Capture field data; build dashboards; track KPIs; drive insights to engineering and product.

  • Stand up feedback loops that translate field learnings into roadmap changes.

  • Represent Glīd with UCR, ExCITE, workforce boards, and community partners.

  • Build internship, apprenticeship, and workforce pathways aligned to EZRA-1SIX.

  • Support SBIR/STTR and DOE/DOT/NSF grant narratives and evidence gathering.

  • Coordinate early-stage proposal inputs, budgets, timelines, and partner roles.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives: workforce development, academic/industry pilots, and public–private collaborations.

  • Prepare internal & external reports, briefings, and stakeholder updates.

  • Identify new regional opportunities and partners that align with mission and growth.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in program management, community engagement, or technology deployment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Comfort with data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard tools (e.g., Sheets/Excel/BI).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready presentations.

  • Field-first mindset; able to work on-site at deployments as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Logistics/transport/mobility exposure; grant writing or public funding experience.

  • Startup or high-growth environment experience.

Work Environment & Travel

Riverside-based with frequent local travel to sites and partners; occasional domestic travel for conferences or cross-site need

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (DOE)
