About Glīd

Glīd is redefining freight mobility through an integrated Road-to-Rail logistics platform which provides Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS). We work at the intersection of rail, ports, first-mile trucking, and industrial supply chains to unlock underutilized infrastructure, improve freight economics, and reduce operational friction across the first mile logistics ecosystem.

Texas represents one of the most strategically important freight markets in North America. We are building a commercial team capable of structuring complex, infrastructure-aligned freight partnerships grounded in operational and financial discipline.

Role Summary

The Mobility Associate is a hybrid between a high-performance SDR and a Go-To-Market Engineer.

Your primary responsibility is to build and execute a top-of-funnel pipeline that feeds qualified opportunities to the Mobility Solutions Manager.

This is not strictly a cold-calling role. This is a systems-driven, analytics-forward prospecting role.

You will:

    • High drayage exposure

    • Port throughput sensitivity

    • Intermodal inefficiencies

  • Use data to prioritize target segments aligned to deployment feasibility.

    • Trigger manual and/or automated outreach sequences

  • Integrating Clay outputs into HubSpot cleanly and accurately.

  • Designing and optimizing multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone call sequencing platforms).

  • Leveraging AI tools for research, personalization, and campaign testing.

  • Continuously testing messaging and conversion performance.

3. Top-of-Funnel Qualification

  • Conduct structured discovery calls to qualify:

    • Freight lane fit

    • Operational constraints

    • Decision-making structure

    • Economic viability

  • Capture clean, actionable intelligence in CRM.

  • Score leads based on data-backed criteria.

  • Transition qualified opportunities to the Mobility Solutions Manager with structured briefs.
