What we need:

  1. At least 6 years of Business Dev experience.
  2. Proven ability to close sales and exceed targets.
  3. Background in healthcare is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
  5. Strong leadership skills.
  6. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  7. Ability to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  8. Ability to work well in a team.
  9. Results-driven and eager to learn.
  10. Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Research markets and identify potential clients/partners
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
  • Contribute to business strategy and growth plans
  • Collaborate with other teams (marketing, sales, product)
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports
