About the Role:

We’re looking for a BD and Events Executive to grow the brand presence on ground in Delhi and Bangalore. You’ll be the eyes, ears, and energy of the brand in your city, turning collaborations into real moments and pop-ups into experiences people don’t forget. If you love meeting people, know how to make things happen, and can juggle logistics while keeping the vibe on point, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Partnerships

• Identify and pitch potential brand collaborations, pop-ups, and retail opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cafes, gyms, boutique stores, and event partners.
• Close BD deals and local tie-ups that build visibility and sampling.

Event Planning and Execution

• Coordinate all aspects of events, from concept to logistics to on-ground execution.
• Represent NOTO at pop-ups, brand activations, fitness festivals, and more.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure real-time and post-event coverage.

On-ground Brand Representation

• Act as the local brand custodian for the brand in your city.
• Ensure the brand is showcased consistently across collabs, sampling, and store presence.
• Share market insights, feedback, and local ideas with internal teams.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in BD, events, or brand partnerships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and ready to hustle.
• Comfortable being on-ground, on the move, and in the mix.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in F&B, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
