About the Role
We’re looking for a brand builder at heart — someone who can take our food brand from great products to a loved household name. You’ll own the brand vision, craft how we show up to consumers, and bring fresh, creative energy to how we engage with our community.
What You’ll Do
• Shape the brand story, tone, and identity— and make sure it shines through in everything from packaging to Instagram posts.
• Lead campaigns that spark conversation and connection — whether through content, collabs, or smart experiences.
• Build a digital-first playbook: social, influencers, creator-led partnerships, and community initiatives.
• Use data and insights to refine what’s working (and drop what’s not).
• Collaborate with product, sales, and ops so the brand comes alive everywhere.
• Nurture and grow a small, sharp markeƟng team that moves fast and thinks big.
Who You Are
• 7+ years in brand markeƟng, ideally with food, FMCG, or digital-first consumer brands.
• A builder who has helped take brands from niche to mainstream.
• Fluent in digital culture, influencer ecosystems, and community-led growth.
• Creative storyteller who can balance brand love with business impact.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth, start-up environment.
