Your Responsibilities in HC
Crafting user-centric designs for our digital platforms.
Understand user and business goals and seek to understand the product market, competitors, opportunities, and challenges.
Work closely with the product leads to ship out new designs and iterate on existing ones.
Quickly iterate on designs based on feedback.
Define information architecture, user journeys, and personas and be a strong advocate for good UX.
Participate in initiative-level sessions and design thinking activities with stakeholders, product managers, and fellow designers, contribute to design production and research studies, and participate in product experience design workshops.
Make user experience recommendation grounded in customer insights based on research and usability sessions.
Follow and apply design standards and best practices.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools and UX practices.
What makes you a good fit?
Exciting portfolio that showcases your design chops.
Minimum 4 years of relevant design experience.
Ability to follow a Design System, clean aesthetic designs and the ability to simplify complex applications.
Ability to showcase speed and efficiency; If you have a fast throughput of taking ideas into high-fidelity concepts; you’ll stand out.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Figma.
How the application will run
Applications Open: 15th January 2024
We will select a first shortlist of candidates who will get into a screening call and receive a design challenge.
Design Challenge: 2 Days
We’ll review submissions from the design challenge and create a shortlist of the candidates who will get into the paid trial week stage.
Paid Trial Week: In this week; the shortlisted candidates will be involved in the design efforts of the company and get to be part of some hands on work. We’ll pay a stipend of $300 for this week of work to every candidate shortlisted in this phase.
The selected candidate will be hired after this phase is over.
