We're hiring a Content Researcher & Marketing Role (Product /Content Marketing) to join our small team of A+ people and build the future at HoneyCoin.

Your Responsibilities

Content Research & Development:
Conduct thorough research to generate fresh and engaging content ideas, focusing on market trends, customer interests, and competitors' strategies. This means iterating quickly on relevant topics and constantly in tune with what’s viral, what’s fresh, & what’s trending.
Collaborate with our marketing, design, engineering, and executive teams to create communication strategies for our products and even for personal brands. We want to build a creator-led marketing strategy in 2024.
Social Media Strategy:
Plan and execute an effective content calendar tailored for different social media platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimize content reach and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with micro-influencers and various agencies to produce content at the highest quality but lowest costs.
Collaboration with Teams:
Partner with the Videography team to support the creation of compelling video content, aligning with overall marketing strategies.
Work closely with the Editorial team to refine content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Content Distribution:
Ensure timely and consistent distribution of content across all designated platforms.
Utilize various content distribution tools and methodologies to maximize reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of content strategies, using metrics to guide future content creation.
Stay updated with content marketing best practices and integrate new strategies to enhance content visibility and engagement.

Some qualifications that’ll make you a good fit

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience in content research, social media management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management systems.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
Proficient in analytics tools and capable of interpreting data to drive content strategy.
