Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. They will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that the developed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, understand, and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation, including Product Requirement Documents, use cases and user stories.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technology teams.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and potential automation opportunities.
• Prepare and present business analysis deliverables, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest business analysis methodologies and tools, continuously refining the organization's approach to business analysis.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and system analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Proficient in using Jira and Atlassian tools.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and various business analysis tools, including requirements management software and process modeling tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with fashion or supply chain management is a plus.
• Experience with business process automation tools is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
