Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to identify market trends and opportunities.

Analyze industry data to assist in the development of effective sales strategies.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Order Execution:

Assist in sales contracts, purchase orders preparation & system updates.

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and perform order handover process when customers request for quotation, create sample or bulk orders.

Sales Support:

Provide support to the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations for clients' meetings.

Assist in the coordination of meetings and follow-ups with clients.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide information about our solutions and services.

Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.

Handle routine administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or fresh graduates (less than 3 years experience) in a related field.
  • English & proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong passion for sales and the fashion industry.
