Are you keen to work somewhere that’s stimulating and friendly, with loads of opportunities for growth and plenty of freedom to make a real impact? This could be the place for you!

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join us at INSHUR; we are based in sunny Brighton (sea, chips and seagulls included) and our company embraces a hybrid working model, allowing you to thrive in both collaborative office settings and the comfort of your own home. You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely while also connecting with your colleagues at our Brighton office at least once a week, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment.

You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK, US and the Netherlands, and new European countries as we expand.

Supported by (and reporting to) the Director of Customer Operations, you'll be joining a friendly team of 2 who believe in driving revenue, creating value and building clear differentiators between Inshur and our competitors.

We value high performance and care deeply about making INSHUR feel like a place where everyone is building something really special, that we can all be proud of, and doing it with friends.

As an Inside Sales Associate you will be responsible for supporting prospective customers in their purchasing experience and if required through the renewal journey.

  • You will close sales and will ensure that customer information and data is inputted and kept updated on our in-house system
  • You will be based in our Brighton Office (potential hybrid/WFH but not fully remote)

We don’t have a definite checklist of skills - our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes. So don’t worry if you’ve not used a particular tool or checked off all the listed skills and experience.

That said, below is a guideline of skills that we think would make you successful in this role.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience working to targets - driven proactive outbound sales environment and have an excellent record of exceeding targets
  • Can build rapport over the telephone, with strong communication skills, able to forge strong relationships with customers and prospect customers
  • Understand that we are passionate about adding value to our customers and prospects
  • In a competitive environment your ability to ask dynamic and probing questions to uncover needs (and latent needs) is a critical communication skill you must be willing to continually develop
  • You will be passionate about being curious! The more you can learn about customers/ prospects needs, budget and buying process the more successful you will be at aligning our products to them.
  • Understand the value of managing your time effectively. You will have to organise your day effectively and have the discipline to ensure you achieve your daily call criteria and KPIs that will ensure you exceed your revenue growth targets

Your colleagues say you:

  • You are competitive and want to exceed targets
