Overview

We’re looking for a junior full-stack developer (2–3 years of experience) with strong frontend expertise and solid Python skills to help us build and scale our web application. You’ll take ownership of key parts of the frontend stack while working closely with backend engineers and our product team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow fast, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to a high-impact product.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, performant, and intuitive UIs using React

• Contribute to frontend and backend feature development (FastAPI, SQL)

• Collaborate with teammates on API contracts and data integration

• Implement new features end-to-end across the stack

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and sprint rituals

• Help ensure a polished user experience across devices

Must-Have Skills

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a software developer

• Proficiency in React or a comparable frontend framework

• Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 fundamentals

• Experience with TypeScript and frontend state management tools

• Familiarity with Python and backend frameworks like FastAPI or Flask

• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases

• Comfortable with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows

• Clear communicator who works well in a hybrid team environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SQLAlchemy or other ORMs

• Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs

• Exposure to frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, Tailwind, Storybook, etc.)

• Experience with Docker for local development

• A good eye for design or previous work with design teams
