We already have early customer traction and strategic partnerships, and now we’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join us. This isn’t just a coding role — it’s about owning architecture, leading technical direction, and building core IP that defines the company’s moat.

What you’ll work on:

🔹 Architect ingestion pipelines for unstructured + structured client data (Excel, CSV, PDFs, APIs).

🔹 Build schema inference and canonical mapping that adapts dynamically to new clients.

🔹 Design agent-based architectures for reasoning, retrieval, and analysis (RAG, embeddings, query planning).

🔹 Establish technical foundations: deployment, monitoring, security, CI/CD.

🔹 Lead on engineering culture and mentor future hires.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong background in Python, PyTorch, LangChain/LangGraph, SQL/NoSQL, vector databases.

✅ Experience with distributed systems, ingestion pipelines, and AI deployment.

✅ A builder mindset — moving from prototype to scalable systems.
