About Us

At Intriq AI, we’re building an enterprise-grade AI Insights Engine that transforms unstructured corporate data into actionable knowledge. Our stack combines modern backend services, Next.js/React UI, scalable cloud infrastructure, and advanced AI/LLM pipelines.

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who builds — not just someone who clicks through test cases. You’ll design automated validation frameworks, reproducible pipelines, and ensure our AI outputs are reliable, secure, and compliant.

🎯 Role Overview

This is a mid-level role with the opportunity to grow into senior QE leadership.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end quality assurance, across both:

• SaaS features (UI, APIs, integrations)
• AI-driven workflows (LLM pipelines, RAG, ingestion)

You’ll partner closely with developers, data scientists, and product to define acceptance criteria, edge cases, and automation strategies that make our platform resilient.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• 
  Develop & maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, e2e) → Pytest + Playwright
• Build AI-specific validation harnesses:
• Schema validation (Pydantic, JSON Schema)
• Factuality checks vs. datasets
• Guardrails (regex/rule-based)
• Ensure data quality validation (CSV, Excel, PDF ingestion)
• Implement error handling & logging tests (system-wide error flows)
• Partner with DevOps to embed tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Collaborate with SecOps on security regression checks
• Document test plans, acceptance criteria, and defect reports in Jira/Confluence
• Support performance/load testing (simulate CCU + data growth)
• Contribute actively in sprint planning, retros, release readiness reviews

✅ Requirements

• 
  4+ years QA / Test Automation experience in SaaS or data-heavy products
• Strong Python (Pytest, test harness development)
• Familiarity with LLM/AI pipelines (LangChain, embeddings, multi-agent)
• Experience testing APIs (REST/GraphQL) & frontends (React/Next.js)
• Knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD (Docker, GitHub Actions)
• Strong grounding in test design (ISTQB-level understanding)
• Clear communicator: able to define acceptance criteria with Product/Design
