About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, elegant, and high-performing user interfaces. You’ll play a key role in shaping product experiences from concept to prototype using Figma and Lovable, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Rapidly prototype and iterate UI concepts using Lovable
- Translate product requirements into clean, functional, and visually compelling designs
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Optimize user journeys for conversion, engagement, and usability
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
- Hands-on experience with Lovable (or similar rapid prototyping tools)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with modern frontend workflows (React, Vite, etc.) is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working with startups or fast-paced product teams
- Understanding of design systems and scalable UI architecture
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (to collaborate effectively with engineers)
- Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing
