We've already launched a production-ready stack and are powering pilots with design-partner customers. Now, we're looking for a Founding Engineer to take our product and infrastructure to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect and ship high-impact features across backend services, data pipelines, and frontend dashboards.
• Design scalable microservices for task, route, and driver management (Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL).
• Own real-time location streams, processing thousands of GPS updates per second using WebSockets, Redis Pub/Sub, and geofencing tech.
• Build responsive dashboards in React/Next.js and Tailwind that feel native and intuitive.
• Integrate ML and optimization models to surface real-time decision-making insights.
• Set the standard for engineering culture, dev experience, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Work directly with the founders to shape product direction and company strategy.

What We’re Looking For

We need a builder. Someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to make their mark—not just with code, but with vision.

You tick the right boxes if you have

• 7+ years of experience OR previous staff-level, tech lead, or founding engineer roles at early-stage startups.
• Deep experience with TypeScript and modern backend frameworks (Node.js, Express).
• Comfortable owning systems end-to-end: from database schema to UI to deployment.
• Experience building and scaling real-time, high-throughput APIs or microservices.
• Ability to move fast and make sound technical decisions independently.
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and a strong testing culture.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively with non-engineers.

Extra bonus points

• Experience in logistics, mapping, or geospatial platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like BullMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or WebSocket systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, heuristic models, or route optimization algorithms.
• Knowledge of mobile app development (React Native or Flutter).
• Infra experience: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, AWS.
