As a Product Manager dedicated to Juno's US operations, you'll be pivotal in developing and implementing products tailored for the US market. Your core responsibilities include leading sprint planning and overseeing operations for Juno's neobanking solutions, and introducing inventive features while ensuring adherence to US regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- US Neobanking Features: Oversee the development and maintenance of features related to US payment rails, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and the needs of the US market.
- Sprint Planning Leadership: Lead sprint planning activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, set sprint goals, and ensure timely and efficient product releases.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all US neobanking product features and operations comply with relevant US regulations, staying updated with changing regulatory landscapes.
- User Experience Focus: Obsess over the user, and champion a user-centric approach in product development, ensuring that the user needs and provides a seamless experience.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze user data and feedback to drive data-driven decisions for product enhancements and optimizations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in product management within fintech or related industries
- Deep analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in agile methodologies, leading sprint planning, and managing product development cycles
