We’re growing! Katalis AI is looking for a driven Sales Associate (Brand Acquisition) to help us scale. If you love talking to people, are comfortable with cold outreach, and are passionate about e-commerce — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Research and identify potential clients

✅ Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage prospects

✅ Schedule meetings and product demos

✅ Guide clients through store audits and deliver effective sales pitches

✅ Maintain accurate CRM records

✅ Prepare sales documents and invoices

✅ Stay current on our products and market trends

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)

📞 1+ years of sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience (preferred)

🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

📞 Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections

💻 Tech-savvy and familiar with e-commerce

🎯 Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

🎉 Fun, extroverted, and comfortable engaging with new people daily
