We’re looking for a hungry, proactive Sales Representative / Business Development Executive who can help us bring more brands into our ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and qualify new leads (inbound + outbound)
- Follow up with potential clients via WhatsApp, email, calls, and meetings
- Understand client pain points in ecommerce, digital marketing, and business growth
- Present Katalis AI services and solutions clearly
- Create proposals and help close deals
- Work closely with internal marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM pipeline and ensure leads are followed up consistently
- Build relationships with ecommerce brands, SMEs, and business owners
- Help expand Katalis AI into new verticals and markets
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, account management, or client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ecommerce platforms, marketplace ecosystem)
- Experience in agency, ecommerce, SaaS, media buying, or marketing-related industries is a huge plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking with founders, brand owners, and decision-makers
- Highly driven, target-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work fast in a startup environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable in English
Bonus Points If You:
- Have existing network in ecommerce/brand ecosystem
- Understand Shopee/TikTok Shop seller pain points
- Have sold agency services, SaaS tools, or marketing services before
- Are excited about AI and the future of commerce
