Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Digital Marketing Strategist / Marketing Manager who understands not just ads — but how to scale ecommerce brands end-to-end.

This role requires someone who can:

  • think strategically
  • understand FMCG and ecommerce deeply
  • build brand growth plans
  • lead cross-functional teams
  • manage performance and execution simultaneously

You will oversee:

  • Digital marketing
  • Ecommerce growth
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Account management coordination
  • Campaign strategy
  • Team execution

This is a leadership role for someone who can connect:

brand positioning + performance marketing + marketplace growth + operational execution.

ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
  • Lead and coordinate: Digital marketing team, Affiliate team, Account management team
  • Ensure teams execute according to strategy and timelines
  • Mentor junior team members and improve overall team capability
  • Create clear priorities, workflows, and accountability structures
  • Work closely with founders and leadership team on growth direction
Client & Account Management
  • Understand client business goals and convert them into actionable marketing plans
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and reporting
Ecommerce & Brand Growth Strategy
  • Develop full-funnel growth strategies for ecommerce and FMCG brands
  • Build monthly and quarterly scaling plans across: Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, Affiliate ecosystems
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or growth strategy
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystem and FMCG brands
  • Proven experience scaling brands through Meta, TikTok, Shopee, or Google
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong ownership mentality and execution capability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in ecommerce agency or fast-growing consumer brands
  • Experience managing affiliate/KOL ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of Shopee and TikTok Shop operations
  • Experience managing account management or client-facing teams
  • Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation systems
