Katalis AI is an AI-powered commerce platform helping consumer brands scale across Southeast Asia through AI-driven marketing, ecommerce, and operations.

This is a hybrid role based in Jakarta.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience growing FMCG brands across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Meta.
• Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent planning and execution capabilities.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
