Role Summary

  • Redesign Katalis’s service-delivery system so the company can grow toward without proportional headcount growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Katalis Client Hub as the operating backbone connecting client objectives, performance data, strategic actions, delivery workflows, and management visibility.
  • Identify where Katalis’s current operations depend excessively on manual work, fragmented systems, repeated handovers, or individual knowledge.
  • Standardize, simplify, automate, integrate, or eliminate work based on its operational and commercial value.
  • Ensure technology produces measurable improvements in capacity, quality, retention, profitability, and client experience.
  • Prioritize new AI-agent development only when supported by a validated business need and measurable expected impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Direction and Roadmap

  • Gather product needs from the CEO and internal teams.
  • Identify recurring business problems and operational pain points.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on: Business impact, User needs, Operational urgency, Automation potential, Technical effort, Strategic relevance
  • Prevent the Product & Technology team from becoming driven by disconnected or ad hoc feature requests.

Product and Technology Team Leadership

  • Translate roadmap priorities into clear projects, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Set weekly priorities and review progress, blockers, and delivery quality.
  • Ensure the team understands both the technical requirements and business purpose of each initiative.
  • Identify unclear requirements early and reduce avoidable rework.
  • Maintain accountability without micromanaging execution.
  • Coach team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Escalate material delivery risks and decisions to the CEO with recommended solutions.

Product Adoption

  • Own internal adoption of new products, features, and workflows.
  • Ensure every launch includes: User testing, Documentation, SOPs, Internal demonstrations, Training, Clear ownership, Adoption follow-up
  • Monitor whether intended users are actively and correctly using each tool.
  • Identify why teams bypass products or return to manual workflows.
  • Resolve adoption problems through product improvements, clearer processes, better training, or stronger accountability.
  • Define and monitor adoption metrics for priority tools and features.
  • Treat successful adoption—not feature completion—as the real definition of a successful launch.

Operational Improvement and Automation

  • Study current workflows across: Affiliate, Social Media, Account Management, Digital Marketing, Sales
  • Identify bottlenecks, repeated manual work, duplicated effort, inconsistent processes, and unnecessary handovers.
  • Determine which activities should be: Standardized, Simplified, Automated, Integrated into Katalis’s products, Removed entirely
  • Design workflows that clearly define how technology and people work together.
  • Test proposed processes with real users before company-wide implementation.
  • Measure whether improvements reduce time, errors, costs, or operational complexity.
  • Help Katalis increase the number of clients it can serve without proportional headcount growth.

Feedback and Gap Identification

  • Build a structured feedback loop across Affiliate, Social Media, AM, DM, Sales, and Product & Technology.
  • Regularly collect feedback on product usability, missing capabilities, process friction, and operational needs.
  • Observe how teams actually use products instead of relying only on what they report.

Process Standardization

  • Design and maintain standardized systems, sheets, SOPs, templates, and workflows.
  • Establish clear owners, inputs, outputs, timelines, and quality standards for critical processes.
  • Ensure new processes are practical, scalable, documented, and consistently followed.
  • Review existing systems regularly and remove obsolete or duplicated processes.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for product and operational documentation.

Training and Enablement

  • Run internal product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Create clear onboarding materials for new users and employees.
  • Confirm understanding through practical usage—not training attendance alone.
  • Build product champions within each function when appropriate.
  • Ensure teams are confident using new products without constant support from Product & Technology.

Expected Outcomes

  • Katalis can grow its client base without increasing delivery headcount at the same rate.
  • Client Hub becomes the central operating system used across the complete client lifecycle.
  • Delivery teams can manage more accounts without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.
  • Manual reporting, disconnected sheets, duplicated work, and unnecessary handovers decrease materially.
  • Critical workflows become standardized and consistently followed across teams.
  • Client performance issues, blockers, and retention risks become visible earlier.
  • Product and technology priorities are tied to measurable business needs.
  • New product development is prioritized based on capacity, retention, quality, profitability, or revenue impact.
