About the Role

You'll work directly with the Product Lead, supporting the build and operation of multiple AI products. This isn't a passive internship, you'll be involved in real product work across documentation, research, QA, and cross-team coordination. If you're curious about how AI and humans collaborate to shape the future of marketing, this is for you.

What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Write and maintain product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, release notes, and internal SOPs

•⁠ ⁠⁠Support QA coordination: run test cases, log bugs, and organize feedback from internal teams

•⁠ ⁠⁠Conduct research tasks including competitor analysis, feature benchmarking, and UX references

•⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare decks, reports, and presentation materials for internal and client-facing use

•⁠ ⁠⁠Assist with sprint prep and stakeholder coordination such as follow-ups, trackers, meeting notes

•⁠ ⁠⁠Work across teams product, engineering, marketing, and operations to understand their current flow

What We're Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Final year student or fresh graduate, any field of study

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong written and verbal communication in English, you'll be working in an English-speaking environment

•⁠ ⁠⁠Structured and detail-oriented: you take notes well, format things cleanly, and don't let things fall through the cracks

•⁠ ⁠⁠⁠Use AI in your daily basis to be efficient BUT can still be their hardest critics is hard plus.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Fast executor: you can take a direction and run with it without needing constant check-ins

•⁠ ⁠⁠Comfortable with ambiguity because things move fast here

•⁠ ⁠⁠Genuinely curious about AI, tech products, and how digital businesses operate
