What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and optimization of our backend payment infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Build and maintain systems to support seamless integrations with payment acquirers and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features aligned with business goals.
• Ensure high performance, low latency, and fault tolerance across all backend systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong background in payments.
• Expertise in Node.js, AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, VPC), and experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with payment industry standards and technologies like PCI-DSS compliance, BIN routing, transaction ledgers, and SoftPOS is a big plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
