Our mission is to reshape in person (card present) payments. We are focused on building a payment product that merchants love and that SaaS providers embrace as a key component of their offering. Our initial focus is on the POS/SaaS systems which serve the bars, restaurants, and cafés in Europe.

In the heart of our product, a complex payment infrastructure powers our smart & fast integrations and the merchant facing payment app - that is fully integrated within the POS.

Our team is spread across our TLV office (hybrid and flexible) and our Amsterdam HQ.

About this role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own end-to-end product development and strategy with a dedicated R&D team. You’ll define and execute the product roadmap, make strategic decisions, and lead discovery, delivery and post delivery tracking - designing solutions that deliver real, measurable impact for our users. You’ll conduct user and market research, write clear PRDs, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver best-in-class fintech products that move the needle.

You have:

• ~4 years of fintech product management experience, ideally with exposure to payments or funds flow products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Deep understanding of fintech and funds flow; banking system knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Proven track record of owning a product roadmap from concept to launch in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven experience with APIs - must have integrated with third-party systems; bonus for designing API products and creating customer-facing documentation.
• Strong discovery expertise - eliciting needs from customers and stakeholders and turning insights into features.
• Experience with data analysis and KPIs to measure product performance and inform iteration.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and risk considerations in fintech products, a plus.
