About Klearly
Klearly is one of the fast-growing fintech companies in the Netherlands. Since its founding, Klearly has raised €20 million, including investments from leading industry players such as PayPal Ventures, the former President of Mastercard, the former COO of Adyen, and the former CEO of Mollie, as well as investors including Global PayTech Ventures, Antler, and Shapers.
Our mission is to reshape in-person (card-present) payments. We are focused on building a payment product that merchants love and that SaaS providers embrace as a core component of their offering.
We strongly believe in the power of data and are looking for a Business Analyst who can turn complex payment data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the company.
About the Role
You will join Klearly as a Business Analyst within the Strategy & Financing team, working closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations and Commercial teams. In this role, you will own Klearly’s business analytics and reporting framework, define and track key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights that directly influence pricing, product development, partnerships, and growth strategy.
You will operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. Beyond reporting, you will help explain what is happening in the business, why it is happening, and what actions should follow. This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to leadership and strong impact on the company’s direction.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting used by leadership and functional teams.
• Define, document, and evolve Klearly’s core KPIs across growth, revenue, margin, and merchant lifecycle.
• Own executive reporting, including weekly KPIs and standardized BI outputs.
• Partner with Engineering on analytics data models and event tracking.
• Analyze transaction-level data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop forecasts and scenario analyses for revenue, TPV, activation, and churn.
• Support strategic initiatives, board materials, and investor reporting with data-backed insights.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis roles.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proven ownership of dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Solid understanding of business and financial metrics, including cohorts, funnels, pricing, and unit economics.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
• Able to communicate complex analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments is a strong advantage.
What we offer
• A key role in shaping how Klearly measures and drives performance.
• High ownership, autonomy, and direct exposure to senior leadership.
• A fast-growing, international team backed by experienced founders and strong investors.
