About the Role
As a Recruiter at Klearly, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and guiding top candidates for our fast-growing teams in the Netherlands and beyond. You will play a key role in building our international team, with a focus on commercial, operational, and technical roles. You will have the opportunity to build our recruitment system from the ground up in a scalable and efficient way.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and set up the end-to-end recruitment process (including implementation of recruitment systems), covering planning, feedback loops, and communication
• Write and publish compelling job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
• Actively source candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing channels
• Review CVs and conduct initial interviews to ensure the right fit
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future vacancies
• Work on employer branding initiatives to position Klearly as an employer of choice
• Support the setup of recruitment processes in new countries (such as Belgium and Italy)
• Additional responsibilities include market research for new roles, profile education, reward education, and providing interview training
Requirements
• At least 4 years of experience, including 2 years as an agency recruiter and 2 years within a start-up, preferably in tech or scale-ups
• Experience with international recruitment is a plus
• You are independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French or Italian is a plus)
• Strong communication skills with a good sense of cultural fit
