At Klearly, we strongly believe in collaboration, ownership, and having fun. To best support our growing team, we are looking for a structured, energetic, and proactive Community Manager.
About the Role
As Community Manager at Klearly, you will be the beating heart of our office and the central point of contact ensuring everything runs smoothly — from daily office operations to team outings and onboarding new colleagues. You make sure the team feels at home and that the office runs like clockwork.
You will work closely with our People & Operations teams and support them with practical, organizational, and light administrative tasks. This role offers a lot of freedom and initiative.
Responsibilities
Office Management & Facilities
- Ensure the office is a pleasant, well-organized, and inspiring workplace
- Manage fruit, lunch, and office supplies (merch, stationery, snacks, etc.)
- Maintain contact with suppliers (such as cleaning services, fruit and lunch providers, etc.)
Travel & Logistics
- Book flights, hotels, and public transport tickets
- Coordinate business trips and team offsites
Team & Culture
- Organize team outings, social events, and gatherings
- Order gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions
- Keep track of birthdays and key moments in the calendar
- Celebrate team successes
Employee Onboarding
- Order laptops and other equipment
- Coordinate welcome lunches and introduction days
- Arrange SIM cards and other practical matters
Administration & Support
- Track vacation days and attendance
- Support invoicing and light administrative tasks
- Review and manage subscriptions and operational tools
Requirements
- Hands-on, well-organized, and enjoys a varied role
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactively sees what needs to be done
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Social, service-oriented, and contributes to a positive team culture
