The Role

As part of the continued professionalization of our organization, we are looking for a Finance Manager who will be our first finance hire and will set up and manage our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for all finance and administrative processes at Klearly across multiple countries (Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, and Israel).

You will work closely with the CFO and have full ownership of the day-to-day financial operations. This is a hands-on, operational role that is critical to supporting our international growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable process, including vendor payments, approval flows, and timely execution

• Manage accounts receivable, including monitoring incoming payments, automating collections, and following up on outstanding invoices

• Execute and coordinate payroll for all entities, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

• Coordinate finance and administrative processes across multiple countries (BE, IT, NL, IL)

• Set up, improve, and maintain financial systems, workflows, and internal controls

• Provide periodic reporting and insights to the CFO on cash flow, operational KPIs, and financial risks

• Act as the main point of contact for finance-related questions within the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance administration, preferably in an international or multi-country context

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes

• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and strong in process management

• Independent, proactive, and comfortable building processes from scratch

• Native Dutch and fluent in English and Hebrew is a pré

• Experience with finance software and automation tools is strongly preferred
