Intro about the role

As a Data-Driven Technical Product Manager at Klu, you will play a crucial role in expanding our product's reach from individual users to teams and larger organizations. You will lead the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring our product meets the evolving needs of our diverse user base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps and strategies that align with Klu’s expansion goals.
• Work closely with the tech founders and business founders of Klu to better shape the company product strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop features that meet the needs of individual users, teams, and organizations.
• Lead data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing analytics to inform product development.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, gathering product requirements for different market segments.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with user expectations.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, including customers, team members, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or you are a talented self-learned PM with a proven track record of similar roles.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Agile and adaptable to a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
