Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a NESTJS Developer (Mid to Senior Level), based in São Paulo, SP. While the position requires in-office presence, some work-from-home flexibility is available. The NESTJS Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing back-end services, APIs, and integrations for KoleK's platform. Key activities include executing software development tasks, ensuring clean and scalable code architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Software Development and Programming skills, with proficiency in NESTJS and relevant technologies
• Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex problems effectively
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical concepts clearly
• Experience in Sales-related technical enablement is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment
• Experience in fintech or financial systems development is highly advantageous
