Role Description
We are seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager to join LivedIn’s revenue team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving corporate bookings and maximizing revenue from multinational corporations (MNCs), businesses, and other key corporate clients. You will develop and implement strategic revenue initiatives, cultivate strong relationships with corporate partners, and optimize our property portfolio’s performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Your Role
a. Corporate Business Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate bookings, targeting MNCs, corporate travel agencies, and business clients.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and supply teams to create tailored offerings for corporate clients.
b. Revenue Strategy & Pricing
- Develop pricing strategies and revenue forecasts for corporate bookings.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize rates, occupancy, and corporate package offerings.
c. Account Management & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
d. Market Analysis & Forecasting
- Track market trends and competitors’ activities to inform revenue strategy.
- Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to improve revenue across the company
e. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless experiences for corporate clients.
- Align revenue initiatives with overall company objectives and strategic growth plans.
f. Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
g. Industry Networking
- Represent LivedIn at industry forums, networking events, and conferences to promote our solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in corporate travel and hospitality.
Your Expertise
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in revenue management, corporate sales, or business development—preferably within the hospitality, property management, or real estate sectors.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply them to revenue strategies. Proficiency in revenue management systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong track record in contract negotiation with corporate partners.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow relationships with clients at multiple levels.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment; comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
