Your Role:

a. Technical Project Planning and Execution

• Develop detailed technical project plans, defining timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
• Collaborate with developers to assess technical feasibility and provide accurate estimations for project delivery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.

b. Hands-On Technical Oversight

• Review architecture diagrams, API documentation, and development plans to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Actively participate in technical discussions, understanding system requirements and guiding trade-off decisions.
• Work with DevOps to oversee infrastructure scalability, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.

c. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between development, design, product, and QA teams to ensure clear communication of technical goals and priorities.
• Facilitate API integration projects with external partners like Channex, payment gateways, and IoT providers.
• Drive issue resolution by coordinating with technical teams to troubleshoot and debug complex problems.

d. Quality Assurance and Risk Management

• Define and enforce testing strategies, ensuring each release meets performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Identify and address technical risks early, proposing mitigation plans to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee bug triaging and prioritization, ensuring critical issues are resolved promptly.

e.Technical Reporting and Documentation

• Monitor and report technical project KPIs, including system performance, deployment success rates, and API uptime.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for workflows, APIs, system architecture, and post-mortems.

Your Expertise:

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager, Software Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS or tech company.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and frameworks.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Git, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• API & Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and system performance monitoring tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with SaaS platform architecture and multi-tenant environments.
