Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Guest Experience Associate to oversee and maintain a portfolio of properties in Riyadh. The Associate will ensure properties consistently meet high hospitality standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience. This is a field-based role that involves frequent property audits, hands-on issue resolution, and VIP guest engagement to deliver seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Property Audits & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular property audits to ensure cleanliness, inventory replenishment, and adherence to hospitality standards.
  • Perform spot checks after cleaning to ensure properties are guest-ready.

Maintenance Management

  • Coordinate with technicians to promptly resolve maintenance issues within set SLAs.
  • Proactively identify and report property maintenance concerns during audits.

Team Coordination

  • Manage the daily cleaning schedule by assigning and supporting cleaning teams at properties.
  • Collaborate closely with cleaning staff to maintain service quality and efficiency.

Guest Experience & Concierge Services

  • Provide personalized concierge services to VIP guests, assisting with check-ins and acting as the main on-ground point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Ensure all properties deliver a seamless, welcoming guest experience.
  • Address operational issues that could impact the guest experience.

Reporting & Communication

  • Maintain timely communication with the management team regarding property conditions, guest feedback, and maintenance updates.
  • Provide regular reports on property status and operational insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in hotels, preferably in field operations or property management.
  • Driving License & Iqama: Valid Saudi driving license and Iqama are required.

  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach to enhance guest satisfaction.
