Your Impact:
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales efforts, identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and oversee the entire sales process. Your Daily Hustle:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Set sales targets, forecast sales performance, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target high-potential clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations: Oversee and participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including team performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client retention, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Feedback Implementation: Gather feedback from clients and the sales team to improve our offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- +5 Years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
