What you'll focus on
  • Monitor daily incoming inquiries from internal and external stakeholders covering the Locad Ticketing System
  • Solve incoming inquiries within the Service Level Agreement in coordination with Locad Operations Executives and WH staff
  • Follow the Locad guides to solve inquiries across various contact reasons
  • Coordinate closely with Account Managers to manage brand/account escalations and inquiries
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Central Operations teams to continuously improve guides and training to solve inquiries more efficiently

  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
  • Knowledge in Problem problem-solving fundamentals using standard operational frameworks
  • Excellent Time Management

  • Good understanding of Operational Processes
