What you'll focus on
  • Execute the strategic plan to target Chinese brands and vendors
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Obtain leads info
  • Lead generation (Marketing events, Affiliates, Partners, etc.)
  • Lead conversion (pitch, onboarding, etc.)
  • Marketing planning and execution (events organization)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with e-commerce associations & partners
  • Company presentation preparation and public speaking
  • Preparing customized solutions for key customers
  • Provide initial training on operational rules and onboarding on LOCAD
  • Developing strategies and systems for managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years experience in cross-border e-commerce (marketing & partnerships, operations & logistics or Key Account Management)
  • Experience in creative and innovative sales techniques and approaches (e.g. consultative sales approach)
  • Experience in successful negotiation
  • Proven track record of intrapreneurship (ownership, leadership, result orientation)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asia platforms (Shopee & Lazada) is a plus
  • Willing to travel around China (mainly Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shanghai)
